Ashley is my wife and contributing author to this blog. She is finishing up her Ph.D. at UCONN and has the heart of a pastor, prayer and lover of people.
We met in 2008 and were married on a warm summer day in June 2010. Without her, I would not be who I am as a man, a Christian or a husband. Gary Thomas, in his book Sacred Marriage, says that if we want to know more about Christ then we should remain single, but if we want to be more like Christ, then we should get married. Being married teaches us about sacrifice, unconditional love and unparalleled joys.
She won’t write on here as much as I would like her to, but she is full of wisdom and compassion, so pay attention when she posts.
